This started at dawn in the Maasai Mara, an elephant in their natural habitat, light breaking through the trees, everything wild and still at the same time.

I'd seen that light my whole life. Never on clothing worth wearing.

So I designed it. A rising sun. Layered trees. The words WILD & FREE across the back that is not a slogan. Just the only honest thing to say about that feeling.

That's where the Savannah Series came from. Not a pretty picture. A worn idea.
