Refund Limitations — Invalid or Incomplete Addresses

ELMUGO's refund policy is limited to the amount refunded by our production partner. In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to an invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable address provided by the customer at checkout, shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate before placing an order.

We have a 30-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. All other sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Sale items or gift cards

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
