📦 Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address at checkout. ELMUGO is not liable for failed, delayed, or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable addresses submitted by the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs in such cases. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

International customers must use a residential or home address. Commercial and office addresses are not accepted for international shipments and may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete physical address and telephone number when placing your order. This includes your building name, floor, street, and city.

P.O. Boxes alone are not accepted by our international carriers and may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. If you only have a P.O. Box, please also include a physical address.

A valid phone number is required at checkout so our courier can contact you if needed.

Note: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our production partners. Shipping times begin after the 2–5-business-day production period depending on product. Shipping times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Matte Canvas — Standard Shipping

Matte canvas prints are made to order and typically require approximately 3 business days for production before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination. Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Germany, and most of Europe generally arrive within 2–5 business days. Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Spain typically arrive within 2–3 business days, while shipments to Northern Europe and EFTA countries may take 5–10 business days. Orders shipped to Australia generally arrive within 3–6 business days, and deliveries to the rest of the world may take approximately 10–30 business days.

Matte Canvas — Economy Shipping

Economy shipping is available for United States orders only, with estimated delivery times of 4–8 business days after dispatch following approximately 3 business days of production.

Phone Case — Standard Shipping

Phone cases are produced on demand and typically require approximately 3 business days for production before shipping. Once dispatched, orders delivered within the United States generally arrive within 2–5 business days. Deliveries to Canada and other international destinations typically arrive within 10–30 business days.

Economy shipping is available for United States orders only, with estimated delivery times of 4–8 business days after dispatch following approximately 3 business days of production.

T-shirts are produced on demand and typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Once dispatched, estimated shipping times by region are as follows: United States — 3–6 business days; United Kingdom — 2–4 business days; France and Germany — 2–3 business days; Kenya and Seychelles — 8–14 business days; Saint Helena — 5–20 business days; Kiribati — 10–14 business days. Delivery times for other destinations may vary.
